As you can see by our American thermometer, we are enjoying a beautiful day at our Camp. Moose-Man and mithy look pretty cosy, and look at the view from our front deck!! The leash is on Mithy in case an eagle tries to scoop her up!
Hey Sockit-Chick, how much time do we need down under?? You will be sick of us! Moose-Man thinks he can wrangle something earlier then Feb. 2..but not definate yet. I will be booking our flights by next week to ensure we get what we want. I need to know about over-niting in San Fran or not?? How am I going to be able to leave my boys and girls here for all that time?? I might get homesick??

Its such a long freaking way to fly without taking a break somewhere in transit. If you o/night on the way to NZ Mark & I can come meet you there and spend some time looking at the city and shopping (Have you been before?) I'll take care of the accomodation as soon as I have your flight details...Can usually get great industry rates. If you do decide to transit SFO on the way here I reckon allow at least 3 days for shopping and sight seeing. Mark & I walked the whole city and know it really well.
However, it may be more convenient to stop there on the way home for even more SHOPPING but.....I reckon that you'll be busting to get home to your boys and girls and want to keep going.
There isn't alot of great shopping in NZ - everything is quite expensive but we do have one really great kids clothing line called Pumpking Patch (she says dropping really big hints).
Also, when you get the chance can you email your passport #'s. I am making some bookings that I need id verification for.
Just let me know what you decide and we'll fit in with your arrangements. We have it all planned for when you get here.

ps - next time we come to Saint John we're going to spend many more days at the camp just looking at that view.
Mark just reminded me that you prolly want to sepnd time alone in SFO before you get here - Mark is a punk!
